Elisa began her real estate journey by purchasing property, building new construction homes, and renovating/flipping foreclosures as a side project while working as a nursing manager in the North Georgia Mountains. As she continued to succeed with these side projects, she developed a true passion for the real estate industry, which led to becoming a licensed real estate advisor in 2005. She has developed the desire to educate her clients by sharing her knowledge, local resources, and providing a positive, uplifting experience throughout the buying or selling process.

With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Elisa has developed a deep understanding of the local market and has successfully helped numerous clients buy, sell, rent, and invest in properties. In addition, throughout those 18 years, Elisa has developed two successful subdivisions, built, managed, and recently sold a 5-unit apartment building, duplexes, and multiple residential rental properties. Elisa continues to manage a few of her own rental properties and is always searching for the next home to flip.

When Elisa is not renovating or flipping homes, you can find her exploring the community and staying up to date with the latest developments in the real estate market. She is a firm believer in giving back to the community and enjoys being able to help others. She enjoys volunteering with the Good Samaritan Program and helping the local High School Baseball Team with fundraising events.

Elisa currently resides in Blue Ridge, GA, and cherishes her roots, having grown up just across the state line in nearby Copperhill, TN. She is a proud mother of two amazing boys: Austin, who is happily married, and Colton, a senior at Fannin County High School. Elisa cherishes spending quality time with her family and takes great joy in watching her son play varsity and travel baseball.
